Make Your Own Change..
Ever wanted to change something about your life? Ever tried and it didn’t work out so well? That’s okay, things happen. Life happens — but there is always a way. Figuring out how to approach and make this happen is hard. But it doesn’t have to be something you do alone.
I used to be a full time social worker — to no surprise this meant I was constantly stressed, worked long and late hours while being underpaid. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a job, or any unhappy place for that matter, you get what I’m saying and you know that it’s hard to make changes.
The hardest part of change is that adapting to it takes time. Not everyone responds to change equally. Everyone has their own pace, circumstances, and desires.
Whether you’re looking to change jobs, relationships, or better yet, your mindset or overall health, what gets you through this are your skills, values, and support systems.
Let me be a part of your support system, as a therapist, a yoga teacher, a confidant, mentor, or lending ear; I am here for you and can adapt to your needs.
It is throughout my years of working with clients — specifically with victims of trauma — that I became more interested in applicable, attainable solutions for change.
